AC Group
Premium seaside projects with full transaction support.
AC GROUP is a successful company operating in the field of architecture and real estate development, combining professional expertise in design, construction, and the creation of modern residential spaces. Today, the company implements full-cycle projects — from concept development through construction and final commissioning of properties.
AC GROUP GEORGIA LTD was founded in 2020; however, the developer's team brings years of experience in architectural design and construction. The company's flagship project is Sea Hills, a contemporary residential complex located in the prestigious Sarpi district of Makhinjauri on the first coastal line of the Black Sea, adjacent to a renowned wellness resort. Construction of the complex is scheduled for completion in Q3 2026.
Despite entering the Georgian real estate market relatively recently, the company has already gained recognition for its quality-focused development approach and thoughtfully conceived projects. Sea Hills is a 12-story residential complex offering diverse layouts — from compact studios to spacious three-bedroom apartments ranging from 32.8 to 101.4 m².
To ensure comfortable living for residents, the complex features comprehensive on-site amenities: a spa zone, swimming pool, fitness center, underground parking, children's play areas, and a panoramic terrace with sea and city views located on the 11th–12th floors. Apartments are available either as a bare shell or fully finished with turnkey interiors.
