ORANGERIE HILLS — Private Residences on the Hillside Above Batumi
An intimate project of five villas nestled on a natural slope with panoramic views of the mountains and sea. A secluded atmosphere, thoughtfully considered architecture, and harmony with the surrounding landscape create a space for comfortable living and relaxation.
Location and Surroundings
The project occupies a unique position: on one side, picturesque mountain vistas open up, on the other, the line of the sea horizon. A terraced topography, citrus groves, and mature greenery form a private and natural environment. The architecture seamlessly integrates into the landscape and continues its natural structure.
Architectural Concept
Contemporary geometry, clean lines, and panoramic glazing provide maximum light and a sense of open space. The project employs restrained, refined materials that emphasize status and the longevity of the design solutions.
