The story of "Origami" began in 2008 in Batumi under the name BWC. Over 18 years of continuous growth and development, we have evolved into one of the largest and most diversified holdings in the region. The company operates across three core divisions — development, architecture, and hospitality — with real estate development remaining our primary strategic focus.
We believe that actions speak louder than words — and we have delivered on every promise we have made. We created one of Batumi's landmark projects, White Sails; we are currently developing the premium residential complex Well Home; and we are launching the most ambitious vision in our company's history — Origami Island.
Today, our team comprises up to 600 professionals. We have built a strong presence in the hospitality sector, having welcomed over one million guests to date. At the heart of everything we do is architecture — the field where our journey began 18 years ago, and where we have since designed over 3,000,000 square meters of space across Georgia.
