We are pleased to present a spacious 2+1 apartment of 101.1 m² in the prestigious Gate residential complex, developed by Artex — one of Batumi's most recognized real estate developers. Located on the second floor of a ten-story building, the apartment features a well-designed layout with two bedrooms, a generous living area, and a balcony offering picturesque views of the surrounding area. Delivered in shell condition, the property gives the buyer complete creative freedom to bring their own design vision to life and create their dream interior from scratch.
The Gate residential complex stands out with an exceptional range of premium amenities: a 300 m² all-season infinity pool, a rooftop restaurant and terrace, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a co-working space, and a 24/7 reception and concierge service. Families with children will appreciate the dedicated entertainment areas and well-maintained green spaces for relaxation, while security is ensured by a round-the-clock CCTV system and professional on-site security staff. Underground and surface parking for 200 vehicles, an electric vehicle charging station, and on-site commercial spaces make the complex truly self-sufficient.
Batumi's airport district is a rapidly growing area with strong tourist traffic and consistent rental demand. The apartment is priced at $126,400 — making it an attractive investment for both permanent residence and generating passive rental income in one of Georgia's most promising resort cities.
