OXY Residence

OXY Residence is a new and unique project by ELT Group, setting new standards for contemporary urban living. Developed in collaboration with ELT Group's exclusive partner, the Barceló Hotels chain, the project adds exceptional value and prestige to the ELT Quarter. The first four floors of OXY Residence will house a 4-star Occidental Hotel, a subsidiary brand of the Barceló Hotels network, offering a comprehensive range of services and infrastructure in accordance with international standards. The remaining floors of the complex will feature residential apartments, which will be serviced by the Occidental Hotel. This project is a tangible embodiment of ELT's vision for creating a residential environment inspired by hospitality, where hotel services are seamlessly woven into everyday life. Completion date: June 2028.
