ELT Group
Setting a new standard for modern living conditions by combining client needs with innovative solutions.
ELT Group's vision is to create modern living standards for our clients, which includes integrating client needs with innovative solutions. It is precisely through continuous research of user needs and market trends that we have developed an innovative development model that we call the "Quarter Concept."
The company has already built and completed over 300,000 sq.m. of real estate, including the "ELT Quarter" project on New Boulevard in Batumi, which comprises 10 dynamic residential complexes. Currently, 4 complexes are completed, 4 are under construction, and 2 projects are in the design phase. We have also successfully realized the "Spanish Quarter" project in Tbilisi, a concept that represents a breakthrough innovation for the capital.
The total volume of investments in completed projects amounts to $150 million USD.
